Ninebrooks Labs is the studio name of Ninebrooks Software, founded in 2026. We build software, websites and automation for small businesses, and we build our own products to keep ourselves honest about what shipping really takes.
How we work
Four principles we do not trade away.
Privacy first
We collect what the job needs and nothing more. No trackers on this site, no ad SDKs in our apps, and a delete button that means it.
Calm software
Fast, quiet and predictable. No sparkles, no nagging, no dark patterns. Software should get out of the way of the work.
Plain language
Scopes, invoices, error messages and legal pages written so a person can read them. If we cannot explain it simply, we are not done.
Ship, then keep shipping
A working first version beats a perfect plan. We build in weekly slices and we keep the lights on after launch.
The name
Nine brooks.
Small streams that join into something that moves. The mark is nine of them running into the bowl of a 9, which turns at the bottom and rises as a B. One line, start to finish, which is also how we like a project to feel.
