Delete your Pagemoor account

You can delete your Pagemoor account and everything in it at any time, with or without the app. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

In the app

Open Pagemoor and go to Settings.
Under Delete account, choose Delete account.
Type delete to confirm.

Deletion happens at once. You are signed out and the app empties itself on that device.

Without the app

Email hello@ninebrookslabs.com from the address you sign in with, asking us to delete your account. We confirm by reply and delete it within 7 days. We may ask you to confirm from that address once, so that nobody can delete your account for you.

What is deleted

Everything in your account: your library, your notes, the text read from your slides, links, any media stored for transcription, your Circles memberships, and the posts and comments you shared. Your sign-in record and email address go with it. Nothing is kept for later recovery.

Screenshots and recordings never leave your phone, so they are not on our servers to delete. Clearing the app, or choosing Clear this device in Settings when signed out, removes them from the device.

What may remain, briefly

Encrypted database backups can hold a copy for up to 30 days before they roll over. Backups are never restored to bring back a deleted account.
Server logs that contain only technical details (such as a request time and an IP address) are kept for security for up to 30 days.
Where the law requires us to keep a record, for example of a payment, we keep only that record and only for as long as required.
